this picture i went to the zoo for with my family it was fun trying to find a sort of landscape that was good becuase mostly pn the internet there would be landscapes of houses and

such sorts this picture is of a small lake. i think this picture is successful because of the shadows that the plant brings into the lake and how the contrast of the green water and the plant with the hill.

this is the landscapes that i really like because of the shadows and of the sculpture and how the trail goes out into the sunset and leads out that way. i also like the shadow that the sculpture does and all the other ones too. they give the picture make it look more interesting. by leaving the scultpures in the picture you start to look and wonder were this picture was taken. the clouds in the sky make the picture look pretty too the sky is not too dark or too light.
you can see the picture is on the slope going down and you can also see the mountain in the on the side. i think that the mountain also gives the picture a sense of composition like the sculpture do too and the trail leading out towards the sky giving the picture a vocal point.

this is my picture for my culture we study the bible and read it and go to church. and also pray so this picture i think conveys this by putting my model his hands like that showing he prays and with the bible open like that it also shows that he reads it.

so this is my portrait. it is of my little sister. This was taken at the desert. What i really like about this picture is her eyes the way she is looking at the camera. The lighting in the back which is natural lighting brings out her face more and also there is a shadow on her neck i like this too.

The project we had to do was a group project, we had to get a lest three a odd number of different things. like for example one could be a artist and another a dancer or a someone who knows how to you a instrument and also you could you use a actor. In our group we picked a artist and a dancer and also a person who played an instrument we used  the senior circle because not used a lot in pictures so we wanted to use a place that is not seen a lot. Also for the lighting we got to use strobe it was my first time using it so at first i didn't know what to do. But Mrs. Miles helped us out by telling us what is connected to what because we didn't know how the cords went to. And so the experience of using strobe was frustrating  at first because we didn't know what to do but in the end it all worked out and we did all right.
Whats the difference between a snap shot and a  portrait?

the difference is that a portrait you have to get the persons interior what they really are on the inside you have to be close to them. somehow be able to show in a shot the persons personality. also a snap shot is a shot just taken randomly with your buddies just have fun. A portrait when you take a portrait of somebody you want to make them feel comfortable so when you take the picture you can see their personality through the lenses and in the picture you take of them.

First to make this book it wasn't hard but at first it looked so plain after i finished it. So i decided to decorate the front thats red and black and the back is all red and i did a drawing of the girl in the story of how she is on the inside. Also on the inside of the book i did a poem telling us the story of the pictures. Printing the pictures was kind of hard because not all of the pictures would come out the same size. And I had to make all my seven pictures come out nice. Not too dark or too light. Taking the pictures was rushed because i didn't have enough time but they came out good though.
So this is my photo for studio lighting. At first I thought it would be pretty easy to do studio lighting but then the only thing i didn't know was how to set up the tripod i needed help with that and to put the camera on the tripod. First i told carlos to look to the side and i checked the light with the light meter and after all it was easy to do studio lighting.

At first it was hard to use the lasso tool. And i had to ask for help but then she told me what to do. So first i cut out the squirrel and pasted it on the coin. Then i pasted that coin and put it on the final page.
